This depends on why you are inverting and often varies person to person. If it’s to help with a back problem then it is advisable to use two to three times a day. When the problem improves then the frequency will be reduced. Otherwise it is a good idea to include as part of a general training program and invert a few times a week. For beginners it is recommended to start slowly 1-2 minutes of inversion during the first two weeks or until you are comfortable then gradually increase the length of time. Always listen to your body.

To what angle/degree should I invert?
This differs person to person. A beginner should start at a slight angle (about 20-30 degrees above horizontal) for a couple of weeks until you are comfortable with the Inversion Table. Before inverting at higher angles your body has to be completely relaxed at the lower angle position. Usually for a first time user who experiences any discomfort is due to the body being pushed to quickly. You should always listen to your body and only increase the degree of inversion depending on your comfort level.
Can you do exercises while inverted?
Yes you can. The Inversion Table is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body. If you do not want to workout then all you have to do is to just hang out and relax, leaving gravity do all the work. When you are relaxed, your body weight works with the force of gravity by carefully opening up the space between the weight-bearing joints and hydrates them with nutrient-rich fluid. This is really important for looking after the health and flexibility of your joints. However if you would prefer a harder workout, you can actually use the FitnessForm Inversion Table to strengthen your legs and core. When fully inverted, you can do rotational stretching and extensions to improve your flexibility, and sit-ups, crunches and squats.
How much does the Inversion Table weigh?
The Inversion Table is heavy-duty, sturdy steel, non-rocking frame and depending upon which item you purchase it can weigh between 23-26kg. You may need some help with the box initially, but assembly is fairly simple.
